1. Syncing your Email<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Depending on whether you use Gmail, Outlook, or a company email, the steps are very similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Syncing Chat & Instant Messaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Chat apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack work differently because they are tied to a phone number or a specific app account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For WhatsApp \/ Telegram:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Download the App:<\/strong> Install the app from the Play Store or App Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Verification:<\/strong> Enter your phone number and verify it via the SMS code you receive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cloud Backup:<\/strong> During setup, the app will ask if you want to \u00abRestore Backup.\u00bb<\/strong> Say Yes<\/strong> to sync your old chats from Google Drive (Android) or iCloud (iPhone).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        For Work Chats (Slack \/ Microsoft Teams):<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        1. Install the App:<\/strong> Download the specific app from the store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Sign In:<\/strong> Use your work email or the \u00abWorkspace URL\u00bb provided by your company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

          3. Troubleshooting Sync Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          If your messages aren’t appearing, check these three things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Power Saving Mode:<\/strong> Many phones disable syncing when the battery is low to save energy. Turn off \u00abBattery Saver\u00bb if you aren’t receiving emails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
